Product and Brand Designer – Ghent, Belgium

In 2020, we launched Tally to make form-building simple, fun, and free. With a passionate team of four, we’ve created an intuitive tool loved by 1 million users worldwide, including brands like Notion and Make. As a bootstrapped company growing fast, we’re looking for a multi-skilled designer to join us at our HQ in the Wintercircus in Ghent, Belgium, and help shape the future of forms.

I you have a sharp product sense, a love for UX, technical curiosity, and a pixel-perfect eye, we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll achieve

- Design features end-to-end from rough ideas to polished pixels to shipped product.

- Obsess about great UX and details that make Tally feel simple, fast, and delightful.

- Partner closely with Marketing to shape how Tally looks and feels across product and brand.

Skills & Experience

A sharp eye for craft: You care deeply about building a great user experiance and brand, and love turning rough ideas into smooth, thoughtful experiences.

A designer who codes (or wants to): You’re at home in Figma, curious about how things are built, and excited to experiment with AI as part of your workflow.

Pragmatic, but never boring: You know when to sweat the details, and when to keep things scrappy so we can ship fast.

User-first always: You design with empathy, and constantly ask: “Does this make Tally simpler and better for our users?”
