- You are a Tally power user and an advocate for the tool, with a passion for our product and its potential.
- You’re a natural community builder and you have a proven track record.
- You're familiar with the no-code and productivity space.
- 5+ years of experience in Community Management and/or Social Media Management.
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
- You're skilled in designing marketing content using tools like Figma, Canva, or similar platforms and you can work with video editing tools.
- You're a builder with a growth mindset, comfortable with independence, iteration, and creativity—someone who gets things done, even with limited resources.
- You are excited to take on the challenge of being our first marketing hire, ready to build and execute strategies from scratch. You thrive in a blank-slate environment where you can shape the direction of our marketing efforts and make a significant impact from day one.
